Yotta Navigation Picked for Performance Wearables

Yotta Navigation has been selected for the follow-on development phase of the US Army Wearable Performance Assessment System (WPAS). WPAS is able to detect, classify and assess performance of complex biomechanical tasks in real-time. Easily upgradable and maintainable, WPAS uses a modular, open architecture software methodology along with compact, low-cost hardware.

Yotta Navigation provided technology demonstrations of WPAS at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Aberdeen, MD. Additional design, development, integration and testing will continue at Yotta Navigation locations in California, Illinois, Ohio, and Kansas. The WPAS project is led by Dr. Andrew Zaydak, lead research engineer.
